Tender leaf and stem,
Create a floral diadem,
Scented tresses,
Spring dresses,
Clothe winter’s child.
Calling creatures wild,
Blossoms float to the ground,
Life transformed without a sound,
Earth gathers her own,
Fruit to seed sown
